Our countdown begins the day you receive your vehicle, providing ample time for inspection, test-driving, and decision-making. Simply notify us via email or phone before 5 PM CST on the 30th calendar day for returns or exchanges, no questions asked. At Car Zone Auto Sales, your satisfaction is our priority.
- For buyback requests, please ensure the vehicle is on our premises, and we’ll repurchase it at 100% of the original price, deducting only applicable fees. It’s important to note that everything is insured during this period, except in cases of impairment due to intoxication.
- At Car Zone Auto Sales, we uphold the quality of our assets and cannot accept returns if they’ve been modified, damaged, altered from the delivered condition, or encumbered as a loan. Rejection cases include free delivery. If your asset aligns with our guidelines, we gladly accept returns within 30 days. Refunds are prompt, taking 1-3 days to reflect in your account based on your bank.
